Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times (U.S. Only):
- Standard Shipping (USPS/UPS Ground): 3–7 business days — $6.99 (Free on orders $75+)
- Expedited Shipping (UPS 2-Day): 2 business days — $19.99
- Overnight Shipping (UPS Next Day Air): 1 business day — $34.99

International Shipping:
We currently ship only within the United States.

Shipping Restrictions:
- Aerosol products, pressurized containers, and hazardous materials are not sold or shipped.
- PO Boxes: Only eligible for USPS Standard Shipping.

Order Tracking:
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. Please contact your local post office or UPS if your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it.

Address Accuracy:
Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot reroute packages once shipped.
