RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Web Guidz, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), we stand behind the quality of our sporting goods. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Personalized or custom-made items (e.g., embroidered uniforms, engraved gear) are final sale and non-refundable unless defective.
How to Initiate a Return:
1. Contact us at support@webguidz.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
3. Ship the item back within 14 days of receiving the RMA.
Refunds:
- Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order for the desired product.
Defective or Damaged Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund.
